Description
科    名：繖形科 (Apiaceae)
日    照：全日照
水    份：每1~3日澆水一次。
繁殖法：播種、分株。
特    性：植株高大，注意防風，避免倒伏。
               一年生草本植物，高約80公分，株型直立，分枝性佳。
               深綠色羽狀葉；繖型花序，開黃色小花；種子扁橢圓形、淡棕色。
               葉和種子都具濃郁的香味，是相當普遍的香辛調味料，生長快速，栽培容易。
               喜冷涼、全日照環境，在富含有機質、濕潤而排水良好的微酸性土壤中生長最佳。
用    途：戶外、庭院、陽台香藥草盆栽。
               飯後嚼食種子，可幫助消化、使口氣清新。               
               鮮花可做花束；乾燥花可做花環和其他手工藝品。
               新鮮的葉子或種子可增添湯、沙拉、乳酪、蛋、魚、羊肉、豬肉、雞鴨肉、蔬菜、煮蘋果、醋、酸黃瓜、調味汁、麵包…等的風味。
