品        名：綠豆仁(綠豆蒜)(全素可用)。
內  容  量：300公克 / 袋
成        份：綠豆仁。
保存方法：存放陰涼乾燥處，避免陽光直射。
                    開封後請盡早食用。

產        地：標於標裝上

綠豆蒜，其實不含蒜，是脫去殼的綠豆仁，外型神似被壓扁的蒜頭而得名，另有一說：綠豆去殼的步驟台語發音近似”蒜”，因而被稱為”綠豆蒜”。

烹調方式：
                    1. 洗淨後五倍水量、冷水下鍋煮滾，小火沸騰20~25分鐘，中途稍微攪拌，避免黏底，再添加龍眼乾、冬瓜茶糖、
                        黑糖或紅糖…等調味即可，亦可添加煮好的粉圓、地瓜芋圓增添口感，可依個人喜好調整。
                    2. 也可添加小米共同煮成小米粥，清爽退火又促進食慾。
