Description

◎以育苗盤培育，全程需遮光栽培。
◎約4~5天收成。
◎採收後以清水洗淨，最後一次以冷開水清洗瀝乾，即可生食。
◎採收後若無法一次食畢，則需遮光冷藏。


1.取培育箱，裝填乾淨的泥炭土，約9分滿。

2.平舖泥炭土使其密度均勻，勿太緊密或太疏鬆，以手輕加壓使其密度平均。

3.取適量玉米芽菜種子，均勻撒播至培育箱中。

4.輕拍表面，使種子稍微嵌入土中，無須覆土。

5.以細嘴澆水壺或花灑澆水壺，均勻澆透，使泥炭土富含水分至底部有水滲出的狀態。

6.使用紙箱或保麗龍盒，蓋在播種後的培育箱上，並確保完全避光。

7.置於陰涼處，等待4-5天後，即可以剪刀採收新鮮、好吃、甘甜的玉米芽菜。
