               茴香菖蒲是，羊肉，牛肉，或各種山味的香料，少了它就會食之無味。 
               茴香石菖蒲不僅香氣濃郁，而且還具有去腥臊味的功能，使味道更鮮美。
               經常有人用茴香菖蒲燉豬敦肉，羊肉，牛肉甚至各種山野味，香氣瀰漫左鄰右舍。
