特    性：一、二年生草本，性喜光線微濕，忌強光直射。
                株型緊密，可高達30~40公分，葉深綠色，葉緣深缺刻捲曲波浪狀，香味濃郁。
                鮮葉富含維他命C和鐵，也是天然的口氣清香劑，並常用於冷盤裝飾，是西式料理常用的香藥草，應用範圍廣泛。
用    途：室內、陽台香料盆栽。
                鮮葉可做花束或配菜裝飾。
                葉片切細後常用於沙拉、三 明治、蛋、蔬 菜、肉類、湯、燉煮、燒烤、調味汁、醋或奶油---等， 更增食物美味。
