植株型態：靠接苗。
果實特性：主產於彰化溪州，市場售價較珍珠芭樂高，是高品質芭樂的新選擇。
                   特色為夏季抗熱性強、果肉厚實清脆、果心不易軟化、籽少且甜度高（約 10-13°Brix）。
                   津翠芭樂（Jincui Guava）是由中興大學謝慶昌教授研發的新興芭樂品種，專為解決夏季芭樂「軟心、無味」問題而生。
種植事項：台灣各地皆可栽培。
                   注意整枝修剪及摘心。
                   要注意立枯病、疫病、果腐病及介殼蟲的發生。
