科    名：石竹科(Caryophyllaceae)
日    照：半日照
水    份：每1~2日澆水一次。
繁殖法：播種、扦插、分株。
花    色：黃、紅、綠、白、粉紅、橘、桃紅。
用    途：室內、陽台觀葉盆栽。


特    性：康乃馨的花瓣盛開時如波浪狀，不僅有常見的大紅色，還有鑲邊、雙色等品種，甚至還有特殊的綠色、白色品種，
                在台灣主要單朵頂生的康乃馨多用作切花，枝條挺直，葉片狹長而尾端略捲曲，另有分枝型稱為"多朵康"，則具有分枝性，花朵數多，但花型較小。

代表節日花卉：在母親節時，送朵康乃馨給媽媽絕對是最溫馨的祝福。
                           因為康乃馨代表迷人、優雅與愛，它層層的花瓣就像是母親對子女連綿不絕的情感，是偉大的母愛，因此康乃馨也有著「母親之花」、
